Roy Eaton, who broadcasts the Cruisers Net in the North Channel, has posted its history from 2004-2009. There were over 5800 call-ins this summer from over 1000 different boats. With new equipment his reach is much further.

On June 18, Michigan boat-broker Michael Vorce plead guilty of fraud, securing loans for at least 30 expensive boats with fraudulent documents and titles, while really owning just 4 boats.
