Crusing Books for the Great Lakes

Hello all, My wife and I are new to cruising in the Great Lakes. Our future includes doing the loop within the next few years however, I'm looking for some suggestions now for Great Lakes Cruising books.  I know about Waterway Guide, but was wondering what others liked to use.  We are home ported in Bay City (Saginaw Bay/Lake Huron)
