Sharon Henrich, along with her Captain Gary Henrich, Director (Ret.) & Port Captain (Ret.) has been an active member and supporter of the Great Lakes Cruising Club since 1981. They were awarded the Admiral Bayfield award in 2007. Our records from 2008 until now note that they have attended EVERY Rendezvous & EVERY Annual General membership meeting. They have also attended  65 additional meetings or rallies throughout those years as supporters of the Great Lakes Cruising Club with friends from every region.  Sharon will truly be missed by many!!!!

We met Sharon and Gary through the Great Lakes Cruising club and spent many years cruising together.  Her loss makes our hearts ache,  but we will treasure the sweet memories of our friendship and continue to hold Gary near to our hearts. Were it not for GLCC our paths would have never crossed.    I hope all our members have the good fortune to meet and make as many wonderful lasting friendships through this organization as we have.
