North channel bareboat charters

…hello all first post as a new member. We are planning a trip up to the north channel this summer. The last 2 weeks in July and first week in August. We have friends down on the Chesapeake that are boaters and want to join us.  So I am looking for a charter for them. We know about CYC and have tried to contact then to no avail and I understand. My question is …is there any other bareboat charters out there ?… our friends are competent 50ft plus boaters that run up and down the inter coastal to Florida every year.
