Jay (John) Staggs has been a GLCC member since 9/18/2021 along with his significant other, Mary Clare Barker.. Jay (John) Staggs passed away suddenly on Saturday 7/12/2025. They enjoyed cruising & exploring the Great Lakes aboard their Hatteras named ENDURANCE which called the North Port Marina in the Winthrop Harbor - Chicago Ill it's home port.  No other information is available at this time.
