2026 Annual General Membership Meetings
Our 2026 Annual General Membership Meeting will be held at the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Toledo, Ohio (E-21). We hope you’ll join us to reconnect with old friends, make new ones, swap stories, and celebrate the volunteer spirit of our many dedicated members.

Delta Hotels Toledo, located at 3100 Glendale Ave., is offering a special group rate of $105.00 per night (plus tax and fees). The weekend offers a pleasant blend of social time, meetings, and free time to explore at your leisure.
Friday evening features heavy hors d’oeuvres during social time with a cash bar (credit cards only—no cash accepted).
Saturday evening’s plated dinner offers your choice of:
• Herb-Seared Chicken with roasted squash, asparagus, marble potatoes, caramelized shallots, cream, and chicken demi-glace
• Sliced Beef Tenderloin with asiago risotto, roasted asparagus, and merlot reduction
• Pan-Seared Mahi-Mahi with citrus butter and roasted French green beans
• Vegetarian entrée
All dinners include salad, rolls and butter, dessert, Starbucks regular and decaf coffee, and a selection of Teavana hot teas.
Following dinner, enjoy our guest speaker, awards presentations, and Change of Watch. Sunday is breakfast on your own before departure.

Friday, October 23
1730 – Faculty Club Room
Join fellow members for an evening of heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar (credit or debit cards only—no cash accepted)
Dinner on your own following the reception
Information about local eateries will be provided
Saturday, October 24
Breakfast on your own. The hotel does have a restaurant.
0800 – Birch/Elm/Maple Rooms
Great Lakes Cruising Club Board of Directors meeting
Great Lakes Foundation meeting
Port Captain’s meeting
Members are welcome to attend as observers. Coffee and tea provided.
Lunch on your own, followed by free time to explore the town. Check out www.visittoledo.org for ideas, and look for a list of local restaurants and attractions in your registration packet.

Welcome Table: A GLCC welcome table will be located near the hotel lobby. Please stop by upon arrival to pick up your registration packet.
Weekend Attire: Friday evening and Saturday morning meetings: business casual; no jackets or ties required. Saturday evening meetings and dinner: Executive Committee & Board—black dress uniform with black bow tie or jacket and tie. General members—jacket required; tie is optional but encouraged for men; after-five attire for women.
