This has always been a sought-out event by GLCC members from all over the Great Lakes. You can arrive by boat or by car. If you choose boat, there will be some dockage available. Great Lakes Crusing Club Member Spotlight - Matthew Cook & Walt Grabowski GLCC members Matthew Cook and Walt Grabowski, are out on Lake Huron this month conducting an underwater inspection of the water intake. The sixteen foot wide, six mile long tunnel has a capacity of 400 million gallons a day, and was the site of one of the worst construction accidents in Michigan history. Click here to read more

Toledo, Ohio (E-21); home of the Mudhens, Tony’s Paco’s — and where the 2016 GLCC Annual General Membership Meeting awaits you! Please come October 21-23, 2016. The Oliver House Restaurant, a beautifully restored building will be the location for Friday evening dinner. A US cash bar will be available. The Board of Directors will meet for the GLCC & GLF meetings from 0830-1230. This should provide ample opportunity for those guests not attending the meetings to sightsee some of Toledo’s beautiful attractions. The Real Seafood Company, located on the Maumee River, will be the gathering spot for all to enjoy lunch. Saturday afternoon you will have more time to visit the National Museum of the Great Lakes, where you have the option of a self-guided tour of the museum and you may also add a tour of the lake freighter Col.
