Stan Cory, Port Captain

     Longtime Great Lakes Cruising Club member and Port Captain Stan Cory died on Nov. 29, 2023.

     Stan joined the GLCC in 1988 and was appointed as Port Captain for La Pointe and Madeline Harbor, Wis. (S-193) in 1999.  He received the distinguished Port Captain – a 25-year member burgee – in 2012.

     Stan and his 1st Mate, Linda Jerlow, were active members in Region 10 activities and will be missed by many.
