Finally there is some welcome and very positive news on the destructive Georgian Bay area Parry Sound #33 fire which has impacted homes, cottages, and boating and cruising interests in the area. Excellent news that the Parry Sound 33 fire I s now “being held”. An updated and less restrictive Notice to Shipping has been issued. Fire fighting and water bomber operations are ongoing in daylight hours. Here’s the NOTSHIP updated today.
