Cooking and Cruising on the Great Lakes

On Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, Mark Gagyi, GLCC Port Captain and long time Great Lakes cruiser shares recipes and cooking tips to save your cruise from cans and fast food. Of course the cooking is easy, it has to be when it happens in a boat's galley!

If you're serious about going cruising and don’t want to spend every night eating out or eating out of a can, then it is time to start thinking about turning your dockside galley into a cruising galley.

In this GLCC webinar Mark will share over 20 “lessons learned” about cooking and cruising, plus over 20 recipes he has created or collected over the years. In this webinar he will cover topics ranging from how to pick cookware to what to do with your trash when there aren’t any trash cans.

Participants in this class will be invited to share their favorite cruising recipes which will become part of the first edition of the GLCC’s Cooking and Cruising on the Great Lakes Cookbook. Click here for more information and to register for this webinar.
