The Huron-Clinton Metroparks Board of Commissioners Will Dedicat the Refurbished South Marina at Metropolitan Beach. on August 12th.  (See Lake St. Clair Harbor reports for location-D-44.) Boaters and Visitors are invited to attend the ribbon cutting and Ice Cream celebration. The $3 million dollar renovation was made posible by a grant ($1.5 million) from the Michigan Waterways Commission. The facility has 48 boat slips a new bathroom/shower building, a pump-out station, new sewall and sidewalks, and a Harbor masters building.
