&lt;p&gt;NOAA and the Anchor Bay Yachting Association are offering a severe weather class, Thursday, February 26, 7-9:30 pm, Huron Pointe Yacht Club, Harrison Township. The class covers thunderstorm development and classification and tornado development, among other things. Those who complete the evening class are certified as weather spotters for the National Weather Service. The class is open to all boaters, but space is limited to 80, so reservations are required.&lt;/p&gt;
