Coming Up in GLCCSchool: Cooking and Cruising on the Great Lakes

dancline - February 11, 2016

If you're serious about going cruising and don’t want to spend every night eating out or eating out of a can, then it is time to start thinking about turning your dockside galley into a cruising galley. On Thursday, February 11, at 8:00 pm Eastern/7:00 pm Central, Mark Gagyi, GLCC Port Captain and long time Great Lakes cruiser shares recipes and cooking tips to save your cruise from cans and fast food. Of course the cooking is easy, it has to be when it happens in a boat's galley! Join Mark for his webinar, Cooking and Cruising on the Great Lakes. Click here for more information and to register for class.

In this GLCC webinar Mark will share over 20 “lessons learned” about cooking and cruising, plus over 20 recipes he has created or collected over the years. In this webinar he will cover topics ranging from how to pick cookware to what to do with your trash when there aren’t any trash cans.

Participants in this class are invited to share their favorite cruising recipes which become part of the GLCC’s Cooking and Cruising on the Great Lakes Cookbook.
